We'll need more information than this.
- what firmware you are using (please provide the actual firmware - don't just say "latest").
- what exactly isn't connecting - the ReadyCloud app??? or something else???
- any differences between the systems that connect and the ones that don't (for instance, Operating System).

If you are using file explorer, then try entering \\nas-host-name and \\nas-ip-address in the file explorer address bar (using the real host name and ip address of course). Be careful to use the correct slash direction.
Try them both, and let us know the results.

Then try running CMD (enter "CMD" in the windows search bar) and enter this:
net use * /delete net use z: \\nas-ip-address\data /user:admin nas-admin-password
The first command terminates any open SMB sessions. If it prompts, then let it continue.
The second attempts to mount the NAS data volume as drive letter z. Use the real NAS IP address and admin password of course. Be careful on the typing (particularly spaces and slash direction). If you use FlexRAID, then use your volume name instead of data.
Let us know the results here (including any errors).
