ReadyCloud App Setup Corrupt
I had the ReadyCloud App installed on My Window 7 computer. Last night the App wanted to uninstall and update it with a newer version of the App. I indicated yes and it proceed but did not install....

I used Internet Explorer. I eventually found the file did download into my "Downloads" folder in my user profile and there were two version of the exact same file. However one had in the name (1) at the end of the file name. Was the fact that it was downloaded there creating the issue? Anyhow... once I found it there, I double clicked on it and it started process with no issues and installed the App. It is working fine now.
I agree... odd.

That would mean you downloaded the app twice. The one with the (1) at the end would be the more recent download.
