When using the ReadyCloud portal can you access the NAS?

Have you tried rebooting or reinstalling the app?

  I can only access the NAS when i am on the local wifi.
  
  When I go out in the field it says nas Online (VPN Disconnected). This is Extremely aggravating.

    Have you tried to check other devices when connecting to mobile or other network also gets the same issue? Have you tried rebooting the NAS?

I get the same, the app can't be trusted as Apple is unable to scan it for malicious code.

Can you give me a screenshot of the error you are getting? boris_005 was able to download and install.
