The iphone is running IOS 9.3 (latest update) and the drive is 6.4.2

What happens if you try to log in on the ReadyCloud Page. Is your wife having access ?

Hello EminiTrader,
Try logging her in to ReadyCloud on computer, then click her full name on the upper right of the page, click Settings then you will see her account name. Take note of the case sensitivity, then log out her account from the iOS ReadyCloud app then log back in as exactly as the same with the account name you took note of.

She can log in via PC and access all of her files no problem. We've both been logged in at the same time (under our own accounts) and have no problem accessing. Now when I am on my iphone I can access my stuff (but I am an admin) but when she's on her phone it's all accessed denied.
