Readycloud only downloads a 1k file
Inside of ReadyCloud browser version all of my MSWord documents are downloading as 1k corrupted files.
I'm using Chrome browser and Windows 7. Also does not work on Internet Explorer.

What is the version of ReadyNASOS running on your NAS device? I think ReadyNASOS 6.6 has already fixed the issue.
Other users reported the same issue and they confirmed the issue is fixed in ReadyNASOS 6.6. Please check the following forum link

I updated the firmware today and am now able to download my files again. Thank you for the tip.
