    This is a problem where if it occurs it needs to be fixed remotely. The fix should then survive firmware updates.

    Applied the correct serial number and rebooted. It appears to now be fixed.

Hello Pleyro,

 

That was closed by the original poster which just right. Not all ReadyNAS systems have this problem.

 

Maybe PM mdgm to arrange a remote session and fix this.
