ReadyNAS 422 Missing copied folders from Share
I'm a little new-ish at the NAS system but had my old hard drive degrade out on me and had to replace it. I took the long route by copying everything over to a backup drive, then installed the new WD 14TB into the NAS (an upgrade and replacement drive) Then used windows to Copy everything over to the new installed HD in the ReadyNAS. I did a factory reset to the NAS as well to start fresh with the new drive, then copied everything over.
I have access and can use/view everything on my computer with Windows 10, however I'm not seeing anything on the ReadyNAS Share/Browse side of things. I run a server on the NAS and it can see the folders going through it BUT I can not see nor can I add a new shared folder with the same name, through readynas cloud.
How do I go about getting the ReadyNAS 422 to see all the folders on the Hard drive in the Share/Browse through the ReadyNAS Cloud or Admin page?
Thanks for any and all help,
Kenneth Flynn

When I went to transfer to the new HD I did not recreate new share fodlers on the system. I used Windows Map Network Drive to show it was a Z Drive to access the HD from windows and copied/pasted that way.
That is the problem. A share is different from a windows folder you create directly in /data in a number of ways.
Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to delete all the data, create shares, and then copy the data into the shares.

Is there only one disk installed in the system?
Did you create the shares in the web admin ui before you copied files? Alternatively did you copy the files to existing (default shares)? If not, where did you put them?

It shows the data on the HD however it shows on the cloud as Snapshot instead of data for some reason.
