Security User Access Issues
Having an issue with one of my Ready NAS devices. Users will save down files or create directories on the NAS via a share on Windows 10. Then another user, same level of security on NAS and same group, will attempt to access that directory or file and it will tell them they don't have security to access the directory or file. Sometimes even the same user will attempt to open one of their OWN files they saved or created and it will give the same error.
I've checked all the credentials for the users, same group for all users, the share is owned by the same group as the users (the share is owned by admin for all shares but the group owner is "users").
A Permissions Reset will correct the issue every time, but it's become literally a daily occurrence and it's eating up my support time.
ReadyNAS 214
6.10.6 OS
Anyone else have this issue?

Have you looked at the permissions, owner, and group of one of the files that can't be accessed?
