shared folder not appearing on readycloud app
Hi
a lot of times i saw this situation in the picture below so the shared files not appearing on readycloud deskptop app even on the cloud admin account and sometimes it is working fine.

i read all posts regarding leaving and rejoinging cloud and changing dns setting
and am using ASA firewall 5506 in the same network for readynas 2304 so my question is do ineed to open and nat specific port like 6300 so readycloud desktop app work fine or i have just to follow the topics in previous posts?

Adding that my readynas firmware is 6.9.3
readycloud desktop app version v1.16

Clicking on the blue arrow next to the graphic of your NAS (shown in the screenshot you attached) should reveal the list of shares

actually i already did many times it just will try to load the sharing folders and then will back to the situation in the attached picture
