Were these files shared via web link or you are just downloading them on the web portal or ReadyCLOUD mobile/desktop apps?

I hopped over to another topic mentioned and tried installing the driver from the previous version. It seems fine now since last week.

I have similar problem with downloading shared files. Is problem solved?
I use Readynas 102, and 6.5.2 SW version When I click link:

Picture should be downloaded, but I download some kind of file as 'jpg' but is not picture, is file with 262kB size which I can't open.
