Unable to Login or Create a New Account

My client has been unable to login to ReadyCloud for two days.  Username/password are not accepted as correct but I can login to the user profile.  I also cannot create a new user account.  Error Message received Connection Error "Please check Network Connections".  Have also checked configurations on the NAS Drive under Services and rebooted the device.  Is the Server down???
