- Feb 21, 2016Hi
My ReadyCLOUD-problem solved, I hope. I don't exactly know how it got fixed or
what caused the problem in first place but now all ReadyCLOUD access methods are
working and the previous missing Home shares are available. What I did was experimenting with combinations of Signing In/Out, removal of "Unknown" devices,
RN On/Off.One thing I noticed at times was that if a Home share is empty it was not visible.

Hi
I'm not that fond of starting over by resetting my RN right now.
Just done a simple test.
Reinstalled ReadyCLOUD app on my phone (including cache/data removal and restart).
This time I launched ReadyCLOUD and signed in with RN switched off (has been off since yesterday).
Still getting 2 ReadyCLOUD units (both same as my RC-user) as "Unknown" but the local "nas-xx-xx-xx"
unit is now "Offline".

Should I see the local unit "nas-xx-xx-xx" when running as a ReadyCLOUD user?
Problem with Netgears ReadCLOUD-server/app for mobile access?

Ulf
