I don't think that is possible. MyCloud is a NAS (providing ethernet-connected storage). You can't access the files over USB. What you need for this is a USB hardrive, not a NAS.
But you shouldn't need to combine ReadyCloud with MyCloud. WD has their own solution for remote access built into MyCloud. ( https://www.mycloud.com/#/ >
