4.2.19 apt-get key missing

This is remarkably frustrating. All I want to do is update my SVN from 1.4.x to 1.7.x. I'd like to do it using apt-get but this key issues is completely in the way. apt-get is one of the beautiful things about ubuntu and it's totally neutered by what appears to be a fairly simple problem for the fine folks at Netgear to fix. Right?
