ANDROID MOBILE APP SHOWS ONLY HOME FOLDER AFTER V6.7.1 UPGRADE

Hello all,

Just upgraded my RN204 to v6.7.1 and all seemed to go well until I tried to access my folder tree from the Android mobile app [v1.2.11].

All files and folders can be accessed with no issues using the PC app; they're all there.

On the mobile app all I see is my home folder and the folders on my eSATA externally connected drive.

I can access all of the files and folders on the eSATA drive using the mobile app with no problem.

I do not keep any files in my home folder. I create folders for specific uses, but none appear using the mobile app.

Anyone have ideas as to what is going on?

  • ***UPDATE 2***

OK after digging some more, I found that the upgrade from v6.6.1 to v6.7.1 had RESET and DISABLED most of the folder settings for each of my RN204 folders; save the Home folder and the external eSATA folders.

After reestablishing the settings for each folder [as much as I could remember], the folders reappeared in all of my external devices.

    Regards!

Went back to v6.6.1 and it did NOT cure the situation...still only see my home folder and the folders on the external eSATA drive.

Also found that my ROKU and Fire Stick also has the same problem as my Android mobile app.

So ReadyCLOUD gurus...what's going on...or in this case NOT going on?

    Regards
