Apache configuration problem for several apps

Hoping someone can help.   I've got following apps installed: Plex, OwnCloud, PHP, PHPMyAdmin, VirtualHere USB Hub, DropboxManager.  Frontview, Plex and OwnCloud work fine however I get following...

    Thanks for looking into it... not sure if you did anything specific but everything except Dropboxmanager started working again. 

    I did get this error when trying to restart apache2:

     

    service apache2 restart
    [....] Restarting apache2 (via systemctl): apache2.serviceError: No space left on device
    ^[[AJob failed. See system journal and 'systemctl status' for details.
     failed!

    So I did a quick google search and added "fs.inotify.max_user_watches = 262144" to sysctl.conf

    nano /etc/sysctl.conf

    then ran 

    sysctl -p

    and restarted apache2 after which everything ran again

    service apache2 start
    [ ok ] Starting apache2 (via systemctl): apache2.service.
