Plex is the only app that's ever been installed.

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
I'm getting the same error but for the docker-cli-rnapp add-on. My ReadyNAS 214 is completely new. Related?
- It looks like there was an issue in the post-install where they were trying to change the ownship for the filles shown here...

Were you able to get the newer plex app to install? Or did you still need assistance in getting the plex app to install?Did you by chance make any changes to these files, or were these files untouched?This was kindly fixed by Bryan on remote access by installing Plex as a new application (removing/renaming the old previous folder).
I have the DLNA features of Plex disabled so the DLNA log files being missing sounds reasonable.
