Cannot install ReadyNAS remote -dowloaded version May1- on Win10 : can't write ...npf.sys
I've downloaded ReadyNAS remote for windows today, via the instruction link in http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20928
However, at almost the very start it fails on a certain driver. I disabled my Norton360 premier security just in case that blocked it. I've kept all the default prompted locations of the installation wizard. What's wrong? I've checked another thread on the forum that looked similar, but that did not help. My ReadyNAS duo is visible, accessable via RAIDar.
I have installed ReadyNAS remote server version 1.0.9.78 on my ReadyNAS duo and invited myself over 2 different email address... that seems to end up in a ReadyCLOUD subscription

That did the job perfectly. Guess the link that has been built into the help function on the Netgear server has to be updated... This works like a charm
