Dahua IPC-HDBW4421E(-AS)

latest OS on ReadyNAS 316 using trial surveillance version. Camera works perfect with any other PC-NVR software, so I know there arent any issues on hardware side. As far as support, this camera isnt any different than other Dahua cameras that you support, so it should work. On the side note, I had Hikvision DS-2CD2732F-IS camera (is on your list) and your software couldnt find it too. This makes me wonder is i'm missing something with settings or your ReadyNAS surveillance just plain sucks.

You should be able to see the version of the ReadyNAS Surveillance when you go to Apps and see the app icon.
Also, it is still best you use the compatible one and not the one that is not listed when troubleshooting it.

As I said before, first camera I tried was on suported list and software couldnt detedt it.
