I occurred same "Illegal instruction" problem.
I tried following firmware.
* RAIDiator-4.00b5-p1-T1
* RAIDiator-4.00b9-p1-T1
* RAIDiator-4.00c1-p1
* RAIDiator-4.00c1-p2-T38
* RAIDiator-4.00c1-p2-T45
But all failed.
Selecting previously deselected package cpp.
