Yes, thanks btaroli. And for those seeing illegal instructions, you must have installed a debian glibc package. DO NOT DO THIS! If you are seeing illegal instructions, you need to do a 5-second firmware reinstall, and then delete any newer glibc libraries (eg. "# rm -f /lib/libc-2.3.6.so"). If you do not do this, each time ldconfig is run, the illegal instructions will come back!
