Git addon?
Hi, I had to rebuild my nas and I was looking for the git 1.7.x package but it is no longer available. The respository is too old to use against the current git hub. Help! TIA mwt

Switch out of X-RAID; add your new disk; then click on the new disk and you should see a "Add Parity" button.
After that you can re-click the X-RAID button.
The usual rule applies - you need the 4 largest disks to be the same size (after adding the new one).

That worked but it took over a week to resync 6 4tb drives!

It's quicker to do a factory reset, destroy the volume and create a RAID-6 volume (best to call it "data" - no quotes) and re-enable X-RAID, but then you do have to restore the data from backup. So it could still take quite a while.
Which model do you have?
