Have two ReadyNAS 312 and 314 which can't see all the CCTV Cameras on the mobile App but ok PC
We have two ReadyNAS running OS 6.6.0 and 6.6.1 and App version: 1.4.3-15. We have 6 Cameras on each. Via the Google Mobile App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.netgear.surveillance...

Hi JennC,
Yes we find it the same if on the same Network and on a differnet one.
We have tried it on new deivces and still the same. We are a bit of a loss

Have you tried reinstalling the app already? Or are they updated version? I'm quite not sure what else to check here. But if you can, maybe try contacting support to see if your concern get escalated to higher tier.
