Hi Ahmedtawfik,
Welcome to the Community!
That 5.3.13 firmware is for ReadyNAS Duo v2. That will not work with your NAS which is a Duo v1.
The last firmware for the Duo v1 is the RAIDiator 4.1.16. There are no more updates for that model because it is already EoL.

Hi Ahmedtawfik,
The "v2" indicated on the attached file is just a minor hardware revision of the original Duo v1.
Based on the current firmware and GUI of your NAS, it is a Duo v1.
You may also check this link for more information on how to tell the difference between the two.

You have what we refer to here as a V1 and it uses firmware 4.1.x. 5.x and 6.x will not work. That also means your NAS is limited to 2TB and smaller drives.
Netgear did make some minor hardware changes in the original Duo and NV+ lines and put that small "V2" (or V3) on the sticker. They later created entirely different architecture Duo and NV+ models and made the huge mistake of also calling them "V2", but that's on the front of the NAS, not just the sticker.
Unfortunately, many used NAS like yours are labeled "V2" when sold at auction, and the new owner is getting something other than what they imagine. But in the pictures, anybody who knows ReadyNAS will recognize the difference not only in the labeling and part number, but the entire rear of the unit.
