Ideas for use of VirtualBox on a ReadyNAS

I have been using VirtualBox for some years on a Mac running Windows XP and Ubuntu and Mint for testing.
I see that some people here have installed VirtualBox on different ReadyNASes and I am just curious
what use you make of VirtualBox with ReadyNAS as host?

- Users may want a VM to run 24/7 and not have that running on their main PC.
You could run VMs on e.g. the 516.

is it possible to install VirtualBox on an RN312? I want it to run minimum Win XP and DOS to play around with some old games, no heavy lifting.
