IDrive app V1.00.09 compatible with ReadyNAS 204 V6.7.4?
Hi, Has anyone else had problems with the IDrive app (V1.00.09) working with the latest firmware for the ReadyNAS 204? I can install the IDrive app without any problems but when I try to launch it ...

Can you try updating to the 6.7.5-beta1? It has a fix for the apache/php config that impacted apps that were using php.

Ok, I installed 6.7.5-beta1 and it still did not work. I uninstalled the IDrive app, PHP app and PHPSysInfo for ReadyNAS, rebooted, reinstalled with reboots inbetween and cleared browser cache etc and it still did not work. Uninstalled everything again and rebooted, reinstalled 6.7.5-beta1 and then installed just IDrive app, rebooted and still no joy.
So.... Connected with SSH to the Netgear as root and had a look around. Found that the command php -v returns a result so obviously php is installed and working. Also did a search and found that index.php was listed in the dir.conf config file. Then did a apachectl -M and found that the php5 module was NOT loaded. Did a search for anything that might be relevent for php and found a php5.conf and php5.load in /etc/apache2/mods-available. However, they were not in /etc/apache2/mods-enabled. Copied those files from /etc/apache2/mods-available to /etc/apache2/mods-enabled, restarted the Netgear ReadyNAS and all is now working.
Not sure if this would fix things without the 6.7.5-beta1 installed as I can't downgrade the firmware and try.
Hope this information helps others with php related problems.
Cheers,
Colin

Also tried 6.7.5 beta no change. But I also notice that I currently cannot enable Readycloud. Started about two weeks ago. No idea why and no remedies raised in prior threads work. I raised another thread for this here https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyCLOUD/ReadyCLOUD-not-connecting/m-p/1300818#M8500. No idea if the two are related.

Just got my connectivity back. Is there any update on this? I still cannot get iDrive to work.

Hi LeapingLemming,
Did you try my fix posted above? Basically, you connect to the ReadyNAS as root with SSH and copy the 2 files php5.conf and php5.load in /etc/apache2/mods-available to /etc/apache2/mods-enabled
Then reboot the ReadyNAS and it should work.
Cheers,
Colin
