Include only specific files
I have a share named photos. So I want to back up all the data in the photos share to the vault. It's currently sitting at about 2TB. So I've upgraded my package to have enough room to store all that...

Hi vrspectre -
Thanks for sharing your challenge. At first glance, we think this is just a confusing display issue (one that we will work to rectify, if we can confirm it).
Our quick analysis suggests:
We have two options - "include rules" and "exclude rules". You have properly set up exclusions on certain file types, but when you set up exclusions the system will *include all other file type extensions, except for those that have been excluded*. This is the correct set up for what you are trying to achieve.
The only time you would see items listed in the "include rules" section is if you selected specific file type extensions as the only types you want to include. In that case, you wouldn't be able to choose exclusions, because by definition all file types except those "included" will already be excluded.
Regardless, our team will create a support ticket and reach out directly.

Brilliant that did the trick. I didn't realize that adding an extension in the include would remove the default of the all. works great now! thanks.
