Here is what I am finding in install_debpkg.log if this helps:

It may have just been a typo... but you're installing 1.5.7 over 1.7.4? I recall 1.7.5 is the latest bulid, as I upgraded to it on my 528X running 6.7.5 just recently. I'm also not sure why cacti would be installing when you request to install PLEX.
In the newer OS releases, the old instalation file in /var/log/readynas is no longer used. Perhaps try looking for the log entries using
journalctl --identifier=fv-app-install
