Misstone licence activation fails
Hi All,
when i try to activate my 1 cam milestone licence for my Readynas 312 on https://milestone.netgear.com/activate i get the following error message: ""Salesforce API sfOneCloudContractMaptoPrdReg is not working please check No JSON object could be decoded.
Do you have some tips for me?

Your license should be activated by now. Please let me know if this is resolved. There might have been an issue with the server but other licenses can be activated now.
You can contact NETGEAR Support as well for this kind of issues so they can properly assist you with Milestone Arcus.

Hi matin
Were you able to try and activate the license using a different browser? Also clearing cache and trying again? This is a trial license if I am right or an add-on license from your previous purchase?
I will try to get this check and will update you on this thread.

i tried Safari and Chrome without success.
I bought a new licence RNVMSMA1-10000S
