NAS RN212 Cannot access Admin Page

I have rebooted the NAS twice and closed and opened the browser. Same results. The log in credentials are working but the screen will not populate. Also I do get the progress bar as if it is opening but goes back to password screen.
Have you tried downloading the log zip file with RAIDar?
Do you have access to the files?
If you do, it would be prudent to back up the NAS
I accessed through RAIDar. It found my NAS. I started the log file download and it stopped at 14%. I tried re-initializing the download and now RAIDar cannot access my NAS. Also, Windows File Explorer can see all of the folders and files but I cannot open some of the files. I can open text and Excel files. Most of the others cannot be opened. Legacy is extreme long.
Do you have a backup of the files?
No, this was my backup. The original source is being rebuilt right now. I backed up everything to this NAS while the other was being rebuilt.

If you have experience with linux, you could also do some more diagnosis after booting the NAS in tech support mode. But now is probably not the time to try and learn linux.
You might want to go with RAID recovery. You'd need a package that support BTRFS. Generally the recovery software runs on a Windows PC.
- You would need to connect the disks either with SATA or a USB/adapter dock. There are several two-bay docks that would work.
- ReclaiMe is one software package several folks here have used with some success. Unfortunately it is fairly expensive.
