NAS RN212 Cannot access Admin Page
The RN212 is up and running. I can access the drives from Windows File Explorer. When trying to access through web browser to get to the admin page I get the Netgear splash screen then goes blank. ...

The more you list your symptoms, the more it does sound like a full OS partition. It could be just a corrupt one, but doing a re-install without first verifying it's not full is a very good way to make things worse.
How did you transfer the files you backed up to it, via the network or from a USB drive. We have seen issues reported here where others have had a USB drive disconnect during a transfer, resulting in files going onto the OS partition instead of the USB drive because the mount point ends up being treated as the destination instead of the mounted drive.
Is SSH enabled on the NAS? You may be able to get to your files and transfer them back to your primary NAS or an external drive using SSH. You may also be able to free space on the OS partition via SSH.
You asked if accessing via USB would help -- the ReadyNAS cannot be accessed by USB.

Thanks.
When I backed up from the Synology NAS to the Netgear NAS i did it via Windows File Explorer, not by USB drive. Copied folder and files.
I do not know know if SSH is enabled on the Netgear. I cannot access the Admin Page to check.
