No option under the GUI that can do that at the moment. It might be of help if you disable the AV on the NAS.
Accessing via SSH this might be possible but not supported

I don't know of any way to tell clamav to ignore a particular file. But you can tell it to exclude one or more directories from a scan by modifying clamd.conf.
Details are in https://linux.die.net/man/5/clamd.conf:
ExcludePath REGEX Don't scan files and directories matching REGEX. This directive can be used multiple times.

The other option is to put the file in an encrypted zip, VeraCrypt, or similar file to hide it from the antivirus. Putting it in a non-encrypted file won't (or at least shouldn't) do the job.
