New Windows 7 Raidar sidebar gadget

So I no longer have two networks and I an still having an issue with the gadget. When first opened it will find the NAS and work as expected. After some time (I have not timed it but it is within a few hours at least) it loses connection and will not find the NAS again unless I close the gadget and open it again which repeats the process. Any ideas?
