Polkast fails to install on RN102
I've purchased myself a new NAS this week and went onto Genie+ and purchased "Polkast" however it seems to have got stuck...as Genie+ states "Installing" and my NAS says it can't load the application....

Great.....I was having some issues with Polkast, so clicked on the trash can icon within Genie+ to un-install so that I could do a re-install....but after it removed it...it now states "No compatible devices were found" and looking into the description of the app I can no longer see my RN102 as being supported. :cry:
Therefore had no choice but to raise another support call with Netgear.
So not really sure what's going to happen now..!
