Polkast fails to install on RN102
I've purchased myself a new NAS this week and went onto Genie+ and purchased "Polkast" however it seems to have got stuck...as Genie+ states "Installing" and my NAS says it can't load the application....

Well, after various emails from Netgear support they have come back and now stated "The Engineers could no longer make the app work due to compatibility issues. they are requesting that you process a refund to Polkast first."
So don't really know what Netgear / Polkast are going to do now....re are they going to find a way to make it work with the newer range of NAS from Netgear? as Polkast's website states Netgear is supported, but the Genie+ Marketplace now only lists "RND4000 and RND2000" as being able to install the app.
If I get anymore information as to if the latest range of Netgear NAS's are going to be supported, I will update this post.
