I think you'll need to install it directly from ssh. https://kb.netgear.com/30068/ReadyNAS-OS-6-SSH-access-support-and-configuration-guides

There are some instructions here: https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/debian/ But they might not help you much if you don't already know linux.

Just make sure you don't create the database on the OS volume. It will likely fill up, giving you all kinds of grief.
