Please try adding 8.8.8.8 as secondary DNS on the ReadyNAS admin UI (Network - Settings of NIC - DNS) and see if same problem.
Please also check if you get the same problem when using other web browser.
Let us know the model number of the NAS and the firmware version.

No - adding the IP to the DNS did not solve the problem.
Model Number: RN314
Firmware: 6.2.4

How about removing then re-adding the add-on again?
If same problem, you may need to contact support center
