Hello pic1234,
Please try entering 8.8.8.8 as secondary DNS. To do this, go to the admin page of the NAS then click Network, click the settings icon of the active LAN card or NIC then click IPv4 tab. On the bottom of this small windows you will see DNS address, click the "+" sign then add 8.8.8.8. Save the changes. Then try again.

thanks for answer
I realized that ReadyNAS cannot connect to internet, I restarted but I always get the error that internet is not available and to check the DNS server address
Where do I set it?
I mention that I updated recenlty to 6.6.0 after a very old firmware
