Readynas 214 Sync with Qnap Folder
Hello Is there a way to setup a Folder and sufolders on Readynas 214 at my office to sync with a folder on my Qnap at my home so I can use the same files at home or office, if so how to setup, I am new to Netgear Community

While rsync works quite well as a backup between NAS from different vendors, rrsync is not good for two-way synchronization (where a change can be made on either and migrates to the other). If two-way synchronization is what you are looking for (it sounds to me like it is), Resilio Sync (formerly BitTorrent Sync) is one possibility.
