Never heard of that issue, but have you rebooted the device or delete and re added the add-on?

Unable to register and upnp (auto port forwarding)is not work.
I try open 8086 port manually but it's not work either.

Yes, rebooted, checked my port forwarding, the usual things. My app runs by locally accessing the the console via Frontview.

Have run tests on the photos.readynas.com and it has been reporting the site is down. I suspect that is why my Hostname is not registering and not because there is suddenly an issue on my setup.

If the site is down, shouldn't there be some kind of bulletin on this forum?

i cant see any anouncements on the subject from Netgear, atleast they could say that something is wrong.

Would deleting the photos II addon delete all my pictures?

I have used the ReadyNAS Photos II since this October.
Suddenly, maybe after yesterday, my application has had the same issue to fail the web forwarding.
(It says external access URL is not available.)
My hostname is not registered and the diagnosys says it can't connect to the ' www.readynas.com ' .
Reboot several times don't resolve this issue. :(

As mdgm said, r2-d2 is your best chance at getting it resolved, he designed it.

Your error looks like mine. I think the improtant part is 'communication error with server'
