ReadyNAS Surevlliance license recover from reset NAS

We have a NAS with two single ReadyNAS Surveillance licenses: RNNVR01L-10000S which died and will not boot.

I have got the two license numbers for the order but I get an Error 11 when I try and them onto another NAS.

This is the same if use the Offline Licence tool.

    I would recommend to contact support for assistance to reset the license.
