Hi Guys,
I had communication with chat support and spent more than an hour online but of no use. The person who was trying to resolve asked to update the surveillance application on the ReadyNAS and restart the chat to continue. I'll contact them within a couple of days as they are only available during working hours and working days. So far, I can see the view from iPhone Netgear surveillance app when on the same network. But no live or playback view on the computer. Even, I don't know if the camera is recording or only live view and if it is recording then where!

Hello Lsdalam,
Is there a way to access the camera on the computer via HTTP? that is to isolate the problem since iPhone Surveillance app sees it. I think the support person sent a follow up email to you yesterday, you might to respond to it.
