ReadyNAS Surveillance app dump error in Windows 8.1
We have a client with a fresh install on Windows 8.1 and when trying to run ReadyNAS surveillance Windows app we can the error below for the Live and Playback:

LiveView_4.1.13.1__20170409095214.419.dmp
I can't appear to view the bmp files to see the errror
