ReadyNAS Vault : great but overpriced!

What I really need is a secure offsite place with broadband access that I can keep a second Pro at for free. Somewhere it won't get messed with nor nosy people trying to see what is inside of it.
I thought first of family, but I don't want to leave my backup where little kids (or my none-to-bright Brother-In-Laws) are running around.
If I kept it at my folks house my grumpy old dad would insist that I pay him for the electricity it uses and also pay for part (or all) of his broadband payment. Plus inevitably he would unplug it at the worst possible moment because "it was in his way".
Anyone who has an air-conditioned vault at home with broadband and a sturdy shelf way up high please PM me. ;)
