Backups to ReadyNAS Vault do not work
I have a set of backups that are enabled for my NAS which should be doing an offsite backup to the ReadyNAS Vault, this was working up until the 8/2/19. For some reason it stopped and never started again, I have been getting charged for this and the backup jobs have not been changed, I have added anotehr backup job recently as a test, which also does not work. The storage is not full and the local backup seems to work fine, I cant see anything on the portal that would allow me to force the backup to run.
The activity history seems to think the backup runs at its scheduled time each day, but the restor function shows the last backup as the 8/2/19.
Please can someone assist?

nasman99 - can you please send us an email there or Private Message via this forum with your RNV account email? We can look up the account and do some research, then get back to you with either a solution over email or options for setting up a call or screen share if necessary. Once we resovle your issue, with your permission we can post back steps to resolution here (without any account specific info) so that others can see.
