RN214: owncloud installation / upgrade
Dear Netgear community, I use netgear products for several years, but now I'm the owner of an RN214 NAS (already did the upgrade to OS 6.5). Of course I know basic information about networks, but...
You can get OwnCloud 9 here: https://rnxtras.com/addons/owncloud-9-r6all
You would go to the Apps tab of the web admin interface, click the Upload button and install this. You can install this direct. No need to install an earlier version first.
Best to use an app designed for the ReadyNAS as a vanilla Debian package would do some bad things for the ReadyNAS such as store data on the 4GB OS partition that may fill it.
