RN21400 - Can't access it anymore from web app remote

As schumaku says, ReadyCloud has been taken down by Netgear, so you need another method for remote access.
There are two basic options.
One is to use a VPN that terminates on your home network (not the same as a VPN used for privacy). Many Netgear models have openVPN built in. It is also possible to install ZeroTier on the NAS. Both OpenVPN and ZeroTier clients are free, and are available on Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS.
The other option is to use port forwarding. If you go this route, then FTPS (a secure version of FTP) is fairly easy to set up on the NAS. There are free clients available for that too (FileZilla being one).
The VPN approach is more secure. The reason is that the OS used by the ReadyNAS (Debian đ has been deprecated by the Debian community, and is no longer receiving security updates. So if someone uncovers a security weakness in the ReadyNAS, they can potentially exploit that using the open ports.
