sanbzbd update but Mattermost forum is gone

what happend to the mattermost website and what happend with the support of third party apps? and is ther someon that can help me change my community name?

That was hosted by WhoCares_  (rnxtras.com).  Not sure what happened to the forum area, hopefully he will chime in.
