Now all disks in admin panel-->volumes are red and system says "remove inactive volumes to use disk #1, 2, 3, 4"
I have SSH access, may be do some actions to restore the array?

The best option is to contact paid Netgear support (my.netgear.com). There are several possible causes for this error, so it's hard to troubleshoot on your own.
Perhaps also power down the NAS and check the disks in a Windows PC with vendor tools (Seatools for Seagate, Lifeguard for Western Digital). Label the disks by slot, so you can preserve the order.
