Try to uninstall the add-on and get a fresh copy here and download the x86 type. Upload it in your NAS and wait a minute for it to be installed. Check your installed add-ons, turn on or toggle the transmission add-on then launch it. The username and password is admin.

I have already reinstalled the add-on, I think it's a DNS problem from my ReadyNAS or from Netgear Router, see my reply below on mdmg message.
